REGULAR CLUB RIDES (All rides are open to non-members)

Ride rules to keep everyone safe: follow traffic laws, yield to pedestrians, no aero bars in pacelines, no headphones, wear a helmet, carry what you need to fix a flat...spare tube, CO2 or pump, and tire levers even if you don't know how, follow paceline 101 riding rules, be nice, share interesting tales and have lots of fun.

Coastal Cyclists - Pacelines 101

The rides are more for working as one verses putting others into difficulty.  Generally really for more experienced riders able to handle the bike at speed in a high functioning paceline. Developing riders are advised to hang on back to get acclimated. **Although this is technically a "drop ride," attention is paid to helping riders improve skills and is not a goal to leave anyone behind. But riders should join with awareness this could happen ~ kh
